Welcome to Koutuxia (koutuxia.com, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. These Terms may change from time to time; the latest version on the site governs.
1. The Service
Koutuxia provides image tools including background removal, Magic Eraser, upscaling, compression, resizing, format conversion, and recoloring. Free background removal and most basic tools run locally in your browser; Pro features clearly labeled as cloud processing send inputs to a third-party provider. See our Privacy Policy for details.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, infringing, or abusive purpose, including but not limited to: processing images you have no right to process; infringing others' likeness, copyright, or privacy; uploading unlawful or harmful content; circumventing or interfering with rate-limiting and security mechanisms; automated bulk scraping or attacks. You must hold the lawful rights to the content you upload. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Pro is available through Paddle as one-time 30-day or one-year WeChat Pay / Alipay plans, or as an Alipay auto-renewing plan. Overseas card / PayPal subscriptions are processed by LemonSqueezy. Checkout clearly identifies whether a purchase is one-time or recurring. Recurring plans may be cancelled through the applicable provider at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. One-time plans do not renew automatically. Payment credentials are handled by the provider and are not stored by this site. See our Refund Policy for refunds.
4. Intellectual Property
The images you upload and process, and their contents, belong to you or their respective rights holders; the Service claims no rights over them, and you are free to use the results. Koutuxia's brand, interface, and software code belong to the Service's operator and may not be copied, adapted, or used commercially without permission.
5. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI processing results, including cutout edges and reconstructed scene details, may vary by image; we do not guarantee accuracy or suitability — please verify results before use.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service's operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
